modern decoration train station broken tv no resolution
My heart fluttered when I saw the modern decoration in the room. The location was also a dream. It was near the train station. I really appreciated this, as it made my journey easier.
The TV channels did not work. I reported this each day, yet nothing was done, and there was no resolution. That was somewhat of a heartbreak for me.

totally awesome city adventure!
short walk amazing staff
short walk to the train station, yes! the staff were amazing, especially danii at reception. check in was quick and easy too, such a win! the lady there was so helpful, really set the tone for my entire stay.

The hotel location is top notch, very close to the city center. walking was easy, just a few minutes get you there! seeing the car from the hotel gave extra peace of mind. It's so convenient.

Breakfast had a huge selection. the staff kept refilling everything quickly. i had a valentine weekend. All those extra details were super cool and really enhanced the dining experience. there are plenty of choices.

The room was cozy and super clean. the bed was super comfy too. the tea and coffee selection was a nice extra! having a balcony was amazing. It's just the perfect spot to chill.

charmed stay!
smooth check-in friendly faces
i really liked friendly faces all around. nothing was too much trouble, thats for sure. checking in was smooth and fast. everything worked as it should.
the coffee machine refused to cooperate. even so, the staff brought me coffee in a rush, so i were pleased.

I adored the room decor. It felt luxurious. The coffee machine in the room was lovely, and the provided toiletries were a treat. The staff was friendly and polite, especially Morris. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to amenities and the convenient parking.

unclean balcony stale smell
There was no wardrobe in the room and I found this inconvenient. The balcony had not been cleaned and contained remnants from previous guests. The hallway smelled stale to my disappointment
